Usage & Copyright
-I retain all rights to my work, and will be credited as such
-The final product is personal use only unless discussed otherwise
-It is NOT permitted to remove my marks or to put my work through AI data bases.
Payment/Fees
-Will be in USD
-Additional fees come with excessive revision
-Payment will be in full
Revisions
-Only one major revision, along with many small ones are covered by commission base price
Refunds & Cancellation
-You have the right to request a partial refund
-Once the final product is finished, no refunds
-You have the right to request a full refund if I have not contacted you within 2 months
Product & Delivery
-It will be delivered via email unless discussed otherwise
-It is your responsibility to tell me other wise, and you will be held responsible if the delivery method outside of email falls short.
-All progress will be sent via email, low quality, and marked
General
-They are first come first served, let me know about deadlines!
-I reserve the right to discontinue the commission at any time, you will be refunded fully.
-Disrespect will not be tolerated.

TERMS OF SERVICE
UPDATED; 10/15/2025Client Obligation
-Acknowledgment of the ToS and Commision Info
-Assumes responsibility of clearly providing all information necessary for the commission such as descriptions, images and references, along with the responsibility of failing to provide the information necessary to complete the commission to the client’s full satisfaction
-Providing multiple clear images/references of the commission subject
-Maintaining professional conduct through the processUsage & Copyright
-I retain all rights for any commissioned works
-I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the artwork’s creation
-I reserve the right to post the artwork as a commission
-The final product is strictly for personal use only (unless commercial/merch rights are purchased)
-The artwork must be credited and linked back to me when sharing, posting, or using the commissioned work
-For commercial/merch use you must purchase the rights from me at 300% of the original price
-Credit is still required when using the work in any commercial/merch form
-Any characters portrayed in commission work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners
-Permitted use of the commissioned work are as follows;
–Print for personal use
–Crop/Resizing of the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
–Use of the artwork as a reference for a study
–Posting of the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible
-NON-Permitted use/edit the commissioned work in the following ways;
–Claiming them as your own
–Removal of my signature/watermark
–Paint or otherwise alter the artwork outside of the parameters permitted above
–Color in my sketches, lineart, or over finished artwork
–Use the commissioned artwork in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or overall AI (AI Datasets, or AI tools in the present or future inventions).
–Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights.Payment & Fee
-Payment must be done in full, upfront
-Payment must be done through PayPal invoice, or Cashapp, both will be done through USD
-A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines (anything sooner than 30 days)
-Additional fees will be charged for excessive/major revisions (see revisions)
-Certain commission fees will change depending on the complexity of the commission, and will be discussed
-Any other payment schedule will be mutually discussed and agreed. I must be emailed first.
-Any work on either print or artwork will not begin until the agreed on schedule and full payment has been receivedRevisions
-A sketch will be provided, from there can be discussed one entire redo, then only one major revision after that, then multiple minor ones, all covered by the commission price
-Only one major revision is permitted during the coloring/painting process
-Anything beyond these mentioned perimeters will come with additional fees
-My discretion at what is major or minor for the revisions
-May alter timeline of the artwork’s completion, will be discussed and agreed uponRefunds & Cancellation
-Client has the right to request a partial refund (75%) and cancel any time
-I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your money at any time
-You may not file a chargeback against me after the approval of commission
-Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted
-Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in a cancellation. You will receive a refund
-You have a right to request a full refund if there has been no update, progress or contact within two consecutive months, or if the product has not been completed within four months. Refund conditions for more complex commissions will be agreed upon separately before the work commences. (This excludes interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.)Product & Delivery
-The product will be delivered digitally via email unless discussed and agreed upon otherwise
-Any commission works being delivered otherwise will come with an additional fee. Client is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery methods, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
-It is the sole responsibility of the client to propose a delivery method which works for both parties. I cannot be held accountable for client's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside of my responsibility
-Upon delivery of the product, it is the client's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by me. I can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files
-The resolution of the finished product will be around the DPI of 300, with a slight margin of difference depending on the artwork, the size itself can range from 200 X 200 all the way to 1920 X 1810 pixels
-I will send 1 sketch for approval in which changes can be made before continuing with the commission
-I will send WIPs via email throughout the process, these images will be sent low-res and watermarked
-The commission will be completed within a timely manner, if a problem with this does come up in the process I will notify you as soon as possible
-You will receive the following after the approvals of each stage of the process (each image will be 300 DPI PNG unless another resolution/file type is requested):
–The final sketch
–Flat/rough color sketch (dependant on the commission type)
–Final artworkGeneral
-They are first come first serve, if there is a deadline let me know so I can get it done in time.
-You will receive a confirmation email when I receive your request, once approved you will receive a Paypal invoice.
-I reserve the right to refuse and discontinue the commission at any time
-Disrespect will not be tolerated, and will result in a canceled commission along with refusal of future services
-Terms may change slightly depending on commission or print type. They will be disclosed and discussed if so
